The big news on the day came out of Montreal with them signing Sebastian Aho to an offer sheet for 5 years at $8.454M/Season. Carolina now has 7 days to match this offer or Montreal would forfeit a first, second and third round pick to Carolina as compensation. From the press conference in Carolina it sounds like the offer will be matched at some point during the next week.

I’m sure over the next few hours, day, weeks there will be more moves but these are the ones for July 1 until 4:45 pm EST.
